Crockpot Queso Blanco

Delicious and with a hint of spice this queso dip is a must make.

  • 16 Ounces of Monterey Jack Cheese.
  • 8 Ounces of White American Cheese.
  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese.
  • 3/4 Cup of Whole Milk.
  • 8 Ounces of Sour Cream.
  • 1 (10 Ounce) Can of Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies, Drained.
  • 1-3 or 4 Quart Crockpot.
  1. Place your crockpot on low and place all of your ingredients into it.
  2. Stir occasionally until it's all melted together and smooth, then serve.
