No Churn Peppermint Ice Cream

Enjoy Peppermint Ice Cream all year round with this easy, no-churn recipe.

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • a few drop of red food coloring
  1. In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and candy canes with a rubber spatula.
  3. Add a few drops of food coloring if desired. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart dish. Cover tightly with a plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
