Chocolate Fondant Cake

Ingredients: 
  • 200g dark chocolate to bake
  • 125g of semi-salted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 140g of sugar
  • 90g of flour
Preparation: 
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. 
  3. Beat the sugar with the eggs then add the mixture of melted chocolate and flour.
  4. Pour the dough into a previously baked cake pan (personally I use the Dieticook baking sheet that I have had for a very long time and the mold release is perfect!) And bake for 30 minutes of baking. Remove from the oven for a few minutes to cool before removing from the mold.
