Fajita Chicken Wings

These fajita chicken wings are whole30, paleo, and a healthy option for a game day treat.

  • 1 lb chicken wings or drumettes
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsps olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 batch fajita mix see below
Fajita Mix
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine fajita ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl add the chicken wings, juice of a lime, fajita mix, and olive oil. Coat and stir.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, turn and finish for another 20 minutes.
